Many families went hungry during these lockdowns, even though they are receiving aid from the government. It is good to know that our projects in providing food supplies to families in Inarawan, and two other nearby areas, are not in vain. It is a great help for the communities!
Last May 18, we have reached out to about 60-70 families. They have received rice, canned goods, noodles, coffee, and vegetables.
From the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), to the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in Rizal Province, where Antipolo City is located, we are keeping in touch with the families, if they are able to go back to their work, or be able to re-start again with their small businesses.
Thank you for your support, and for the volunteers who helped in re-packing and distribution.
In the coming days and weeks, we will also update you with our upcoming projects. There are many needs rising up in the areas to uplift the situation of the children, continued education for the youth, and even plans for livelihood.
